cd-core — frozen semantic minimum (no_std, no deps): identities,
explicit locus attachment, evidence-only authority, budgets.
cd-wire — v1 frame codec (no_std, no alloc), golden vectors in tests.
cd-node — minimal Fabric node: semantic file-backed NodeId, UDP
HELLO/ACK. R0.5 proves the id is unchanged by network events within one running embodiment; restart persistence is NOT among its claims.
cd-micro — Micro-Locus probe: freestanding no_std/no_main ELF on an
exactly-64KiB RAM linker map with link-time budget ASSERTs.
