The opening memo proposed; this one reports. Three things are materially different:
run6 and run9 are green. They had been red since before this track opened. They were never broken — they asserted a repealed law, and are now restated.
The strict world parser is live and is the normative mouth. Nothing regressed, because the migration was done as a behaviour-preserving rename rather than a semantic change.
Both spec documents are aligned — WRL_CORE_0.1.md is now revision 0.1.2, and WRL.md carries an implementation reality check so the draft cannot be read as claiming more than is true.
You ratified the restatement but required L8′ test lexical exclusion, because a formatter emitting periods 0 would pass the semantic form. That was the right catch, and I built a negative control to prove the point rather than assert it:

L8 now has three witnesses — semantic, lexical, and the parser itself — and the third is owned by the parser rather than by the battery, which is the more durable place for it.
Your instruction not to freeze the world projection as `(profile, nodes, edges)` is implemented literally. The projection is defined by exclusion:

When Slice B adds route semantics to the graph, that field joins the projection automatically and the law starts covering it with no edit. A fixed tuple would have silently stopped covering it — which is exactly the failure mode you flagged.

Every layer with a "core" mouth got an explicitly-named legacy twin, so the migration could not change behaviour anywhere: wrl_spans.parse_legacy_document_with_spans / lower_legacy_document_with_spans, wrl_sugar.parse_legacy_sugared / lower_legacy_sugared, wrl_diagnostics.diagnose_legacy_document.
The diagnostics twin was load-bearing and I nearly missed it. Making parse_wrl_core strict broke three batteries that route through diagnose_core. Original-source mapping. desugar_core_mapped(src) returns (text, SugarSourceMap) where the text is byte-identical to desugar_core(src), so the mapping is a pure sidecar that cannot perturb the seal. CanvasGraphV1 (wrl_canvas.graph_to_canvas, Phase 3C) still emits top-level `periods` and `batches` keys. It is a legacy combined presentation document — the exact structural parallel of parse_wrl_legacy_document. Its text emitter graph_to_wrl_core was migrated and correctly emits world-only, which is precisely why V2 (the hop through text) broke while V1 (canvas only) kept passing.
This is not a live defect. The production canvas path is CanvasLayoutV1 (wrl_converge, v0.4-4a), which is world-only by construction; wrl_converge reaches wrl_canvas only through validate_layout_v1. CanvasGraphV1 now survives solely in the Phase-3C-era batteries.
The question: does CanvasGraphV1 get the same strict/legacy split as the text surface, or is it retired in favour of CanvasLayoutV1?
I did not migrate it, because it is a shipped surface and silently migrating one is the kind of thing this track exists to stop. Per your §16 order, step 1 (L-0 closure) is done and step 2 is the `~~` async route, Slice B. Its gate is the one you named: a canonical logical route declaration distinct from `EdgeDecl`, because an async route does not settle within the period and so cannot join the within-period REACT fixpoint the way -- does.
Before building it I would want a ruling on §6 above (CanvasGraphV1), since a new route declaration has to be representable on whichever canvas surface survives — and if CanvasGraphV1 is being retired, Slice B should not add to it.
